Wyatt makes Bread
By Tracy | January 23, 2008
I’ve been using the new bread maker quite a bit lately. My mom got me it for Christmas and I was so excited. The first few loaves were a little hit or miss, but I’m really getting the hang of it now.
The sad thing is, Wyatt is a better baker than I am. This is the loaf that he made tis afternoon. He poured all the stuff in and checked the machine regularly to make sure it was still “ok“! The bread was great! A true success. Even Maya loved it!
This is the recipe if anyone is interested. It was really good.
7 grain Bread Machine Bread
- 1 1/8 cup water/milk (soy or rice etc)
- 1 1/2 tbsp fruit juice concentrate
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup 7 grain cereal
- 2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp bread maker yeast
Put in bread maker. Set to 1.5lbs loaf on whole wheat setting. Wait….. Enjoy!
