Thursday’s Menu Post

Well in an effort to stay on top of menu planning, I’ve decided to post my menus here every week (or try to anyway!). I like planning ahead and I know it saves time and money, so here goes:
Friday: Homemade pizza and salad (dough in my bread maker and our favorite fixings (that’s olives for Wyatt) and mozzarella soy cheese)
Saturday: Take Out (Memere and Papa are visiting to help Uncle Dan move, so we’ll probably order something)
Sunday: Going to Cornwall. Maybe a restaurant with Allain’s family.
Monday: Stir Fry in a peanut sauce on rice noodles
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chili (Lots of different beans and veggies and some veggie ground) and homemade bread (got to have good bread with chili!)
Wednesday: Breakfast for supper (scrambled tofu, hash browns, fruit, toast or maybe a waffle)
Thursday: Everything-In-The-Pot stew with rice (just a stew type dish of leftover veggies, beans, tomatoes, lentils …. whatever, great to clean out the fridge!)
Well, that’s it! And now comes the grocery shopping. Got to love those 24hr grocery stores!
